Future Souvenir: an art book and coffee shop located in the centre of Vancouver, opening in the Spring 2027.
Having relocated to Vancouver in the Spring of 2026, we are starting another exciting new project that incorporates our experience in the arts and food service. Future Souvenir will be a meeting place for artists and book lovers, coffee drinkers and wine sippers located in the centre of Vancouver.

Le Vespe Cafe
For 10 years we had Le Vespe Cafe, a partnership with Gaia Tilli from Florence, Italy making breakfasts and brunches. Located near Santa Croce in Via Ghibellina, Florence, Italy.

After moving to Rome after Covid, we opened Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. This was a dream tattoo shop located in the centre of Rome near Piazza Navona, a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum. It is still the biggest tattoo shop in that area of the historic centre of Rome.

An award winning little dive bar, the first on Ossington Avenue in Toronto that started it all. Great guilty pleasures juke box full of heavy metal and punk rock, fun bartenders, and no fancy cocktails.

A restaurant-bar based on a tight 12 item menu, that kept it going until 2am. Dark red walls, big fake chandeliers and Djs made this a fun place to hang out, while sitting right between a delicious steak, quail thighs and duck confit. Was located on Ossington Avenue, Toronto.

An award winning little dive bar, the first on Ossington Avenue in Toronto that started it all. Great guilty pleasures juke box full of heavy metal and punk rock, fun bartenders, and no cocktails with more than three ingredients, including ice.

The Unlovable
A little bar focussing on alternative music, pinball and Pac-man. A fun underground (literally) bar that was always a great stop off both before and after going out for dinner. Located on Dunads Street in Toronto.
Bar, TorontoThe small rock bar with co-owner Chris McNeil that was a hang out for lover’s of rock, along with a piano built into the bar that held the beer taps we could pour the beer out of. You could play it at the same time too.
